QuestionsFrequently asked questions...
Why is participation free, are there any hidden costs?Incorpore markets all participating International Fitness Club Network (IFCN) clubs to very large companies in the UK. In return for this extensive marketing of your club - all we ask is that you offer Incorpore corporate rates at your club. All Incorpore clients believe in the benefit of promoting health club memberships to their employees. To do that successfully they require a truly national coverage of clubs so all of their employees can benefit, wherever they live or work. We believe that making participation for the health clubs into IFCN free - we would maximise the choice, coverage and locations of clubs on offer and consequently generate more new members for eveybody. An old addage but Win, Win, Win! How long do I have to become a member for? When you sign the enrolment forms, you are agreeing to become an Incorpore member for a minimum period of twelve months. How does my club enrol?Firstly you can fill in online form available here. Once the form is complete you will be emailed a pdf form which can then be printed off, completed and either faxed back to us on 0845 300 6475, email to ifcn@incorpore.co.uk or post to us at: What happens when an Incorpore participant visits my club? Each member will have either a membership card, payslip or employee ID that will be shown as proof of Incorpore membership. Simply check the expiry date on the card to ensure it is valid and then sign them up as you would any other potential member. A full list of companies we represent and their office locations are sent to you on a monthly basis. Does Incorpore set the membership rates we can charge?Incorpore does not and will never tell you how much to charge. You are always in complete control of the pricing of your products and services. What will Incorpore do for my club?Incorpore will actively market your club to companies and their employees on a national, regional and local basis. We work together with both the Human Resource departments of our client organisations and all our member clubs to facilitate successful communication and liaison between the two. We are not currently a member of the FIA or IHRSA, are we still eligible?Provided you can demonstrate that you confirm to the three terms and conditions of membership, including the health, safety and code of conduct guidelines laid down by the FIA and IHRSA, it is not a pre-requisite that you be a member of either organisation to participate in the Incorpore network, but it is something we actively encourage and may help you when dealing with future corporate clients. |
