How do I find my nearest participating club?

Log in to www.incorpore.co.uk with your company reference and enter your postcode into the "Health Club Finder"

Which gyms are inlcuded in the Incorpore network?

Incorpore partner with 2,300 health clubs, leisure centres, hotel clubs and independent gyms. Many of the leading health club brands such as Fitness First, LA Fitness, Esporta, LivingWell, Nuffield Health, Harpers, Curves Kinetika, and Spirit. All these clubs will recognise your membership with Incorpore. It is important that you call your desired club in advance and quote "Incorpore".

What rates am I entitled to?

As an Incorpore member you are entitled to the lowest corporate rate available. These rates have been negotiated by Incorpore and the level of discount will vary from club to club.

How will the clubs know that I am elligible for the corporate rate?

Having searched the website for your preferred club, you can download a health club certificate which is unique to you and the club you wish to join. You must always quote "Incorpore" when speaking to the club.  If the voucher option is not displayed then you will require an agreed form of company ID. If you do not know what this is please call us on 0845 300 6474 or email us at clubs@incorpore.co.uk and we will advise you.

Is the discount only available to new joiners?

No. Most clubs will transfer your memberhip onto the Incorpore rate subject to their terms and conditions. If you are in a fixed length contract or have already paid your membership up front you may have to wait until your membership renews.

Is the discount available to my family?

Yes. Most clubs will honour corporate rates to immediate family members although this is subject to each clubs terms and conditions.

Can visit the clubs before I decide to join?

Yes. Clubs on the Incorpore network will offer you a day pass, trial or showround. It is important that you call your desired club in advance and quote "Incorpore" to let them know you want to book in for a trial visit. This will allow the club to make sure someone is available to greet you and answer any questions you may.

What happens if the club don't recognise

Unfortunately this can happen. Clubs, like any other business, have a turnaround of staff and some new employees will not have come accross Incorpore before. The best way to avoid this is to make sure you have your downloaded certificate with you when you visit or jon the club.

Can I recommend a club that is not on the network?

Yes. There is a section on the website to "Refer a Club" or you can call us on 0845 300 6474 or email us at clubs@incorpore.co.uk and we will endeavour to recruit them. At present we can not offer employees a disount at David Lloyd or Virgin Active.
